Austin John Parrott Jr., 45, of Bay City passed away Saturday, May 31, 2008. He was born December 8, 1962 in Munich Germany to the late Elma Louise Butler Parrott and Austin John Parrott Sr.. Austin has been a resident of Matagorda County for the past 10 years, and served his country as a member of the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife: Brenda Louise Cavletto Levy Parrott of Bay City; 2 daughters: Renée Phillips & husband David of Tucson AZ, and Patricia Parrott of Bay City; 2 sisters: Joyce Powers of Washington State, and Joann Montgomery of Wharton; 2 brothers: Randall Parrott of Washington State, and Rodney Parrott of Matagorda; and 4 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Thursday June 5, 2008 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Don Hurley officiating.
