Arthur Lee Haskins, 71 of Palacios, passed away Monday, April 24, 2006 in San Antonio, TX. He was born January 6, 1935 in St. Louis, MO to Arthur & Mayme Hedge Haskins. He was a resident of Palacios since 1960, a member of the Masonic Lodge and was a Baptist.

He is survived by his wife: Celia Maria Haskins of Palacios; by his daughters: Debbie Koegel & husband Karl of San Antonio, and Sherlyn McCulla & husband Edward of Houma, LA; by his sisters: Virginia Matlock of Orlando, FL and Mary Jean Waggner of New Florence, MO and by his grandchildren: Phillip Haskins, Gabriella, Abigail, and Nathan Koegel, Rusty McCulla, and Jeremiah & Sarah Redland.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 30, 2006 at Palacios Funeral Home with Rev. David Gruhn officiating. Interment will follow at Palacios Cemetery in Palacios, TX. Pallbearers will be members of the Masonic Lodge 411 of Blessing, TX. Arrangements are with Palacios Funeral Home, Palacios, TX (361) 972-2012.
