Archie Glenn Koenning, 64, of Selkirk passed away June 24, 2021.  He was born March 2, 1957 in Houston, TX to the late Archie Walter Koenning and Helen Frances Blain Koenning.

He was a former volunteer fire fighter for Little York Fire Dept and an EMT with Harris County Emergency Corp. In Houston TX. He loved fishing and hunting and just driving down the beach.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Blain Koenning.

Survivors include his wife Sharen Gifford Koenning; daughter Tanya Michelle Koenning Petrosky & husband Michael; son Archie Glenn Koenning, Jr.; brother Kenneth Koenning; grandchildren Teaghan Koenning and Hailey Petrosky; nephews Jerimiah Koenning Kenneth Koenning, Jr. and Blain Koenning II and niece Dena Koenning along with other extended family members.

Visitation will begin 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home followed by funeral services at 3:00 PM.  Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at the Breslau Cemetery near Hallettsville, TX.
