Antonia passed away June 22, 2007 at her residence in Bay City, Texas.

She was born November 27, 1941, in Lubbock, Texas, to the late Leonard F. and Francis S. Rodriguez. The eldest of eight children.

Antonia was preceded in death by: her beloved husband of almost 40 years, Pedro (Pete) B. Arias, Sr.; her son, Pedro (Pete) B. Arias Jr., and brothers, Leonard F. Rodriguez, Jr. and Vince Rodriguez, and step-grandson, Marcus E. Snead.

She is survived by: two daughters, Dora L. Snead (Kenneth) of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Linda L. Arias of Bay City, Texas; daughter-in-law, Sandra G. Arias of Bay City, Texas; three granddaughters, D. Nikole Seals, Krystal N. Snead and Kiyah M. Snead all of Raleigh, North Carolina; five grandsons, Kenneth W. Snead, Jr., Mykal T. Snead both of Raleigh, North Carolina, Andrew J. Garcia, Jason B. Arias and Vincent M. Arias all of East Bernard, Texas; four sisters, Gloria Trevino, Martha Rodriguez Thacker, Olga Rodriguez Cossin of Van Vleck, Texas, Jovita Rodriguez of Huntsville, Texas; one one brother, Elias Rodriguez of Bay Cliff, Texas, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.

A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at Taylor Brothers Funeral Home in Bay City. Funeral mass will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2007 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Father Gerry Cernoch officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck, Texas.
