Annie Lou Zigo, 87, of Van Vleck died Feb. 9, 2006. She was born Sept. 22, 1918 in Hungerford, TX to William Kessler, Jr. & Mary Elizabeth Morgan Kessler. She was a cook for the Van Vleck ISD for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill Zigo; daughters, Mary Ann Yarborough & Louise Radford; sister, Etter Tice; brothers, William & Walter Kessler; & grandchildren Roy Yarborough, Jr. & Tonya Rucker. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Wilkinson and Julia Faye Zigo both of Van Vleck; sons, Bill & wife Donna Zigo of Van Vleck & James & wife Eleanor Kessler of San Marcos; sisters, Ruby Leinmeir & Bessie Birdwell both of Eagle Lake; grandchildren, Shirley & John White, Kathy & Gene Eidlebach, Tonya & William Whatley, David & Mary Radford, James Robert Kessler, Sherry & Brad Morwin, Skeeter Rucker, Shonda & Ricky Hawn & Coy Reed; eighteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006 at the First Baptist Church in Van Vleck with Rev. Robert Hobbins officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be James Robert Kessler, David Radford, Christopher Paschall, Billy Yarborough, Doug Strother, William & Matthew Whatley, William & Jason Eidlebach, & Skeeter Rucker.
