Anita Fay Katzer Fanson, 76, of Wadsworth passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015. She was born April 8, 1939 in Bay City to the late Joseph Sr. & Rosa Lee Wick Jurek.

Anita is survived by her husband: George Fanson of Wadsworth; 4 daughters: Anita Yarborough of Sweeny, Pamela Falks & husband Don of Bay City, Cheryl Ainsworth & husband Billy of Votaw, TX, and Lori Katzer of Bay City; 3 stepdaughters: Carrie Fultz, Carmen Bertling, and Suzie Fanson O'Neal; sister: Rosalee Petersen; 4 brothers: Joseph Jr, Donald, Patrick, and Randy Jurek; 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and many step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband: Henry Paul Katzer in 2007.

The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday, November 20, 2015 at the funeral home. The funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Lee Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Pallbearers will be: Aaron Falks, Brian Garcia, Brandon Ainsworth, Shawn Weatherly, Kris Randall, Joe Dement and Shane Dunbar.
