Obituary
Amie Wright, 89, of Palacios passed away Sunday February 3, 2008 in Houston. She was born February 15, 1918 in Poteet, Texas to the Late Albert V. McGraw & Betty Gonzales McGraw Buckley. Mrs. Wright was a long time resident of Palacios and a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church of Palacios.
She is survived by brother: Alex Buckley of Palacios; 3 nephews: Darrell Buckley, Bobby Buckley, and Fred Buckley all of Palacios; Friend: Mickey Kruse of Palacios; and Many more nieces, nephews, and friends. Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Lester Wright; and 2 brothers: Tony Buckley and Felix McGraw.
A Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday February 6, 2008 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church of Palacios with Rev. Robert LeBlanc Officiating. Interment will follow at Palacios Cemetery.
Arrangements are with Palacios Funeral Home (361) 972-2012.
