Jimmy Montalvo, Jr.

Jimmy Montalvo, Jr., 35, of Victoria passed away June 26, 2012. He was born January 27, 1977 in Bay City, TX to Jimmy Montalvo, Sr. and the late Anna Marie Yanez. He was a former resident of Bay City and worked in the oil field industry.

His mother, Anna Marie Yanez, and grandparents Guadalupe Yanez and Elvira & Felipe Montalvo all preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife Michelle Montalvo of Victoria; father Jimmy Montalvo, Sr. of Bay City; grandmother Eloisa Yanez of Bay City; daughters Sierrah Nicole Montalvo, Merissa Nichole Davis, Ashlen Renee Callahan, Miranda Morgan Montalvo & Kimberley Mireya Montalvo all of Bay City; sons Michael Anthony Garay of Bay City, Jimmy Montalvo III of Bay City and David Monroe Davis of Lake Jackson; sister Cynthia Powers & husband Keith of West Columbia; brother Rojelio Montalvo & wife Jennifer of El Campo; his grandchild Baby Mike; 5 nieces, 5 nephews, a number of aunts, uncles and cousins and best friends Augustine & Samantha Ramierz of Victoria.

A prayer service will be recited at 6:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Cornerstone Church with Pastor Frank Paiz officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City. Pallbearers will be Mark Perez, Wally Escobay, Jr., Mike Montalvo, Jr., Roy Montalvo, Jr., Augustine Ramirez and Juan Lopez. Honorary pallbearers will be Manuel Figueroa, Jr. and Rojelio Montalvo.
