Ryman Lee “Tex” Birdwell, 38, of Friendswood passed away March 31, 2012 after a lengthy battle with Diabetes (Brittle). He was born in Bay City, Texas on March 7, 1974. He graduated from Perry High School in Perry, GA and attended both Wharton County Jr. College and Alvin Community College. He worked as a computer technician and programmer.

Survivors include parents Susan and Mark Rosell of Friendswood; 2 sisters Priscilla Elizabeth Rosell of Lufkin, TX and Erica Annette Rosell of Friendswood; brother Frank N. Birdwell of Fort Riley, KS; 2 aunts Carol Gibson of Friendswood and Mary Phillips of El Campo; cousins Josh Phillips of El Campo, Leslie Farquhar and husband Davis and their 2 children Tyson and Julia all of El Campo.

Friends and relatives may visit from 1pm until 8pm both Tuesday and Wednesday at the funeral home. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 5, 2012 at Roselawn Memorial Park in Van Vleck. Please remember Ryman by giving to JDRF National; 26 Broadway; New York, NY 10004.
